Welcome Chefs! Thanks for taking the time to check in and see what we have on and whats up and coming.
We make restaraunt deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can also catch us at the farmers market on Saturdays from 10:00 til 3:00. We honor our wholesale pricing for market orders as well as normal deliveries. With most of our clients we normally wind up setting a time that works best for us to call for your order. We can take your order as late as 9:00 AM the day of delivery.

Gourmet greens mix:
a hearty mix of lettuce and/or Asian greens. Colorful, lofty and flavorful. We are known for our high quality and distintive flavors. $8.00 per pound
Arugula: $8.00 lb
Basil: Italian $10.00 lb
herb bouquets: medley of fresh herb, oregano, thyme, chives, sage $2.00 Bunch
Braising greens mix:
seasonal greens such as kale, mustards and chards combined to make a tender brasing medley. $6.00 per lb
Sugar Snap peas: Just on from a July sowing date. They are beautiful and will be on for a limited time. $6.00 lb.
Corn on the cob: Heirloom variety called "Hookers Black" Smaller ears, very sweet.
Artichokes: $3.00 lb
Parsley: Italian flat leaf. $1.00 per bunch.
Summer sqaush: Baby zukes, yellow crookneck and patty pan. $2.00 per lb
Tomatoes: Mostly heirlooms and most of those are "black Russian" varieties that have proven themselves over the years as the best tasting toms I've grown. Cherries too.
Cukes: asst varieties. $2.00 per lb
Potatoes: Yukon Golds Chieftan Reds and Russian fingerlings. $1.50 / $2.00 per lb
celery: Green and red varieties. $2.00 per stalk.
Strawberries: "Seascape" Day neutral variety, excellent flavor, size and holding capability. $4pt or $48 per flat
Thats it for now, Things are very busy here. Attempting to stay on top of our planting and field maintenance. This has been a very interesting year for us from a growing stand point. Challenging to say the least and we have grown many new crops. It's turned out to be quite successful. Having the best year ever!
